Since working with Amy I’ve been able to make sense of who I really am and why I act the way I do, or did! There really aren't enough words to describe what Amy does or how she does it. But to put it simply, she connects with a greater force which is far bigger than any one person. For years I had not been kind to myself and would self-sabotage. I would be reaffirming untrue beliefs that have been with me since I was a little child. Trying to make up for it in ways that really aren’t important - fast cars, big houses and still voids of space, not knowing who I really was. Since working with Amy, I’ve put my ego firmly out the door, I have a greater understanding of who I am as a person and what my life purpose is. Amy really is a gift, she’s a conduit between parallels that helps heal old wounds, and I've been able to make sense of them to be able to live a full abundant and purposeful life.

Meeting Amy was absolutely no coincidence. As soon as I read about who she was and what she did on her website, I was instantly drawn to her. And I knew that she was the person that could help me with what I was going through at the time. Amy absolutely got where I was, she could see, she could hear me. And it felt like she reached out her hand and was able to lead the way for me and guide me back to love, because I was seeing everything through the eyes of fear. And I have gained so much clarity from that experience and reached a much more grounded, secure place within myself. And I'm so excited for what's to come now.

I’ve been working with Amy for the past 15 weeks and to say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself would be an understatement, because that 15 weeks has completely transformed my entire life. Although I’ve known Amy for over 6 years now I have to admit initially I was sceptical about the work she does and it is only recently that I am starting to understand and realise the full extent of how amazingly gifted she is.

I have always been an achiever throughout my 62 years which has lead to financial success in business but no matter how successful I became it did not lead to being happy within myself and is something I’ve never really understood.

I have had professional help from psychologists on a number of occasions which had limited short term results but it wasn’t until I decided that it was time for me to find out first hand how Amy could help me that my transformation commenced.

I never ever thought I would feel how I do now, about my life, my future and myself!

I was so scared about going through the journey we went through in the Full Expression Movement.

However, it was literally the best thing I have ever done for myself. I absolutely feel like Me again. I have cleared so much pain and healed so many wounds and that has allowed me to let me fully love myself again.

Once I met with Amy, I was amazed to find out that the first thing we would do was confront my greatest fear, my monster inside me. I had lived with this for so long and I did not want to live the rest of my life without knowing what the monster had done to me. So with trepidation, I agreed to try and complete the therapy and face my fears. I was apprehensive but fairly confident that it would not work, so it seemed reasonable that I would not be able to engage enough for the therapy to work. How wrong was I? Not only had I conquered my demons but I had been given a better tool to break my negative thoughts. I do this everyday of the week and have been since my breakthrough. Amy, I thank you!

I took part in Amy’s first male Desert Island Survival Breakthrough Adventure in 2018. Wow, what an adventure! We survived on what we could catch, we had a great time, met some excellent new friends and now my life has completely changed for the better! Amy became a brilliant friend and she has helped me so much on the island, and since the island. Amy, my family and friends, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I’d just like to say that this has 100%, hand on heart genuinely changed my life. There was stuff going on that I didn't even know was there that was holding me back from living my life the way I wanted to live it and reaching my goals.
